Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges and Refunds: Accepted within 30 days of the order being received. Please email if you would like to process an exchange or refund. We usually aim to respond back within 3 working days.

Please note customised or bespoke items are not eligible to be returned unless faulty or broken. Items must be sent back to 15 Town Lane, Little Neston, Cheshire, CH64 4DE in the original condition. Once items have been received we will process the refund within 7 working days back to the original payment method / or will dispatch exchange item. As a small business we do not offer free return postage, but advise customers to use Royal Mail (with tracking) to provide as proof of postage in the instance of items getting lost. 

Cancellations: not accepted
